DAY 1
Discovery | Discovery +
place: beach (sand then water)
duration: 2 hours
main goal: get confortable with the wing and start with a board
you will learn: Safety, assess a spot and the wind, set up the wing, basics of piloting and start winging on a SUP board (stand up paddle)
DAY 2

place: boat
duration: 45 minutes
main goal: Start riding the foilboard behind the boat
you will learn: how does the foil works, how to stand up on the foilboard behind a boat, start riding the foilboard.
DAY 3
Discovery | Discovery +
place: beach
main goal: Start combining the wing and the foilboard.
you will learn: to stay upwind, to start with the propelling yourself from kneeling to standing position, begin your first flights !
DAY 4

main goal: Keep flying on the foi with more consistency
you will learn: how to lift on the foil faster, to generate power but also to control your speed, to start changing the cape of your board.
