DAY 1
Discovery | Discovery +
place: beach
main goal: Make you feel confident and safe with surfboard in the waves, try to catch a wave
you will learn: Safety, assess a spot and the waves, warming up, paddling, gliding on your first white wash (foam/broken wave)
DAY 2
Discovery | Discovery +
place: beach
main goal: Start standing up and understanding the weight distribution
you will learn: The right way to place yourself on the board, paddle better, press on the front the board with your hand, stand up on more white washes
DAY 3
Discovery | Discovery +

main goal: Enhance your pop up, take a direction on the white wave
you will learn: Stand up and try to pump to gain speed and stay on the white wash (foam/broken wave), Start looking in the direction where you want to go, turn your shoulders and press on your heels or your toes.
DAY 4

main goal: Discovery of the line up and taking your first green wave
you will learn: Priority rules (surf ethics), how to read a wave better, how to place your self to catch a green wave, enhance you pop up timing, take a direction.
DAY 5

main goal: Ride an open wave on both sides (front and back side)
